Dubai To Host 21st International Property Show From April 14-16, 2025

The Dubai Land Department (DLD) confirms the dates of the 21st edition of IPS 2025- a leading global platform for real estate professionals.  It is to be held from April 14 to 16, 2025, at the Dubai World Trade Centre. IPS 2025 is an amazing opportunity to explore real estate investment opportunities and engage with the real estate community, including real estate professionals, industry leaders, innovators and developers because IPS aims to bring together property developers, experts, investors, brokers and banks under one roof.

IPS 2025 is expected to welcome over 16,000 visitors. Besides learning about market trends, the development and incorporation of advanced and innovative technologies, and developed and newly launched real estate projects, visitors will also be able to obtain knowledge and engage with property experts to take advantage of extensive real estate investment opportunities.

This exhibition will take place over three days, featuring a range of exciting events. Key events include IPS Real Estate, IPS Future Cities, IPS Startups & PropTech, IPS Design and IPS Services, highlighting the impact and significance of IPS 2025.  A conference will also be held where industry experts will share market insights and investment opportunities.

He further stated that this exhibition provides a valuable platform for industry experts, investors and companies to foster collaboration and showcases the latest advancements shaping the future of Dubai’s real estate.
