IPS 2025 Dubai Officially Launched, Showcasing Wordwide Real Esate Trends
The 21st edition of the International Property Show, IPS 2025 Dubai, was officially launched on Monday at the World Trade Centre, hosting over 300 exhibitors from around the world. Organized by Dubai Land Department, the event will showcase various real estate projects, innovations, and investment opportunities, with expectations of over 16,000 visitors attending the event.
Majid Al Marri, CEO of the Dubai Land Department and Chairman of the IPS Organizing Committee, said: โThe Dubai Land Departmentโs organization of IPS 2025 highlights our strategic commitment to promoting a sustainable and integrated real estate sector. This initiative aligns with the goals of the Dubai Real Estate Strategy 2033, providing a dynamic platform that brings together key stakeholders from both local and international markets. IPS 2025 Dubai reinforces UAEโs position as a leading global destination for innovative, smart, and sustainable real estate development.โ
As Per details event will highlight a wide range of real estate projects, innovations and investment opportunities. Key exhibitors include Binghatti Properties, Kleindienst Group, BEYOND Developments, Sobha Realty, Samana Group, Union Properties, Danube Properties, Reportage Properties, and NAR India will join the event.
Participants from the United States, Indonesia, Mexico, Poland, Greece, China, Spain, Georgia, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia and Oman will also attend the event, alongside prominent names from Pakistan such as DHA Quetta and DHA Gujranwala will be among the key international participants at the event.
