Trump’s Son Calls Dubai a ‘Developer’s Paradise’ – Here’s Why!

The charm of Dubai’s real estate fascinates everyone. Eric Trump, the son of the former president of the US, made a praising statement about Dubai and has called it a “Developer’s  Paradise”. The development came following the announcement of two multi-million-dollar real estate projects in the Arabian Gulf. 

In his recent statement, Eric Trump called Dubai a “Developer’s Paradise.” He stated, “If you want to push the boundaries [of development], Dubai is the place to do it.” He continued “If you want to build something incredible, if you want to build something iconic, this is the place to be.”

They have already developed their real estate projects in Dubai and they are seeking to expand the scope of their projects by launching further projects in the city. This latest project could be the most ambitious project. Trump has recently announced two projects in the region. One will be developed in Oman and the second will be developed in Dubai, UAE.

Eric Trump was of the view, “We are probably the most famous Western brand in the world.” he further iterated “I am in love with Oman and Dubai, they’re the true treasures of the Middle East. I think Dubai is incredible. I love the mentality, I love the work ethic and I love the dreams that people have been able to bring to life unlike in so many other places in the world. If you were to bring 90 percent of the projects that have been built in Dubai in the last 15 years to Europe or the rest of the world, they’d be laughed at. So it’s a developer’s paradise.”

Dubai has become a global destination. Investors from all over the world travel and come to Dubai to invest in its property sector because of its global appeal, infrastructure, and security. Even Ultra-high-net-worth individuals prefer Dubai for living, business and investment purposes.
