Dubai’s Skyline Rivalry Intensifies: Emaar Unveils Plans for Second Tallest ‘Super Tower’ After Burj Khalifa
Dubai’s one of the leading developer, Emaar, is planning a new “super tower” that would surpass all other upcoming developments in height, potentially becoming the world’s second-tallest building.
Following The Burj Azizi by Azizi Development announced at the beginning of this year, Emaar Properties has come up with another gigantic project Upon completion, it will be the second-highest structure after Burj Khalifa.
Emaar Properties, which has developed the world’s tallest building “Burj Khalifa”, has started working on another massive real estate development. Sustainable and cutting-edge technologies will be incorporated in this modern project.
According to sources, the company’s founder Mohammed Alabbar said, “We are talking about the kind of design and construction that nobody in the world will come close to doing, let alone the height of this building.”
It is further added, “This tower would be the biggest thing built not just in Dubai but the world since the Burj Khalifa. We have done it once, so we know better than anyone how to do it twice.”
The new project is expected to rise to nearly the same height as the iconic Burj Khalifa, cementing its place among the world’s tallest towers. The location is not certain at this stage. It could be developed in the proximity of Burj Khalifa in Downtown Dubai or at Dubai Creek.
According to sources, four different designs are being examined. Furthermore, it is a luxurious development that will consist of high-end offices, hotels, leisure and modern residences. AI will be integrated into both the design and operation of the tower.
