A Dh2 Billion Trump Tower Dubai All Set to Transform the Skyline Following Successful Launch in Jedda

Trump Tower Dubai valued at over DH2 billion will be launched soon in Dubai. Dar Global- a Dubai-based real estate company- has recently announced its plans for Trump Tower Dubai. The announcement comes when Donald Trump is all set to take oath for his second term as the 47th president of the United States of America in the first month of the next year.

The CEO of Dar Global Zaid Ei Char has recently said, “We are looking at a Q2-25 launch – I feel doing the launch in Q1-25 would be a bit tight.” He further added, “As for the location, it will be in the wider Downtown area, with views of the Burj Khalifa and of the sea.“I can tell you that this will be one of the most iconic towers in the area. That’s saying something for a location that already has its fair share of standout developments. ” He did not inform about the exact location of this project.

This is over a Dh 2 billion project. It will also have the first Trump hotel in Dubai. Dar Global also launched the Trump Tower project in Jeddah which will be a 200-meter high-rise development, featuring splendid apartments ranging from SR4 million to SR 50 million. Following the launch of Jeddah Tower, the company has announced the launch of the Trump Tower in Dubai which will be a landmark development. Dubai hosts some projects that were developed with the collaboration of the Trump Organization but the latest project will also bear the name of the brand
