Ajman’s Real Estate Transactions Surge to AED 9 Bn in H1 2024: Trailing Dubai
Ajmanโs real estate sector is growing rapidly. In the first of 2024, it witnessed transactions worth over AED 9 billion. It is a whopping 33% increase compared to the H1 of the year 2023.
According to the Report by Ajmanโs Land and Real Estate Regulatory Department, 2039 citizens made transactions worth AED 2.98 billion and 5139 foreign investors purchased properties in Ajman in the first quarter of the year 2024, reflecting an impressive 88% growth.
Chairman of Ajmanโs Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, was of the view that this remarkable growth was the outcome of the initiatives and facilities provided by the government.ย
He stated, โThe growth achieved by the emirateโs real estate sector reflects investorsโ confidence in Ajman as a leading investment destination and strengthens the sectorโs robustness.โ
He further added, โIt also reflects the success of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulationโs strategy aimed at providing an integrated and distinguished business environment for investors of various categories.โ
Reports state that real estate transactions in Ajman have increased by around 37 percent in the first half of the year 2024, compared to the number of transactions made in the same time last year.
