Amali Properties recently announced plans for a dreamy island in Dubai. This ultramodern development will be laced with exclusive facilities and amenities. The 10,000 sq. ft. clubhouse will feature a gourmet restaurant, swim-up bar, cigar lounge, horizon and saltwater pools, yoga decks, and more. In short, it will serve as the hub of recreation, adventure, and leisure.

Floating helipads and private berths make this project more distinguished and unique. A limited number of villas will also be constructed. This villa-based island will extend a lavish lifestyle and is being built to attract high-wealth individuals. Residents of each villa will also enjoy up to 50 meters of exclusive beachfront.

This development spans over 1200,000 sq. ft. and will offer seven distinct architectural styles. Amali Island also links two of The World’s Islands: Uruguay and São Paolo.

Fintan Flannelly, head of developer sales at Allsopp & Allsopp, said, “This exclusive development is the next level of luxury that will surely catch the attention of investors and the wealthy. It’s an incredibly exciting and unique development – a slice of ultra-luxury paradise just minutes away from the bustling city! We can expect that the World Islands might eventually become a prime spot for similar ultra-luxury resorts and developments of similar nature that specifically cater to high-net-worth individuals. The sheer exclusivity and seclusion of the island make it an ideal premium destination for the world’s elite. Similar developments could emerge, especially if we see a growing interest in exclusive luxury projects.

This development is set to attract high-net-worth individuals through its fascination, posh facilities, exclusive villas, and floating helipad.

Ali Sajwan, founder and CEO of Amali, said, “We are proud to unveil Amali Island as a testament to our dedication to redefining luxury living in Dubai. Through attention to detail and partnership with the award-winning members of our atelier, we aim to create an exclusive haven where residents can indulge in unbridled waterfront luxury that feels like coming home to a holiday,” said Ali Sajwani, co-founder and CEO of Amali.”
