World’s Highest Rooftop Beach To Be Build On Al Marjan Island, RAK’s
The UAE is set to welcome the world’s highest rooftop beach with its own sand and seawater on Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah neighborhood. Major Developers UAE-based real estate development company- recently announced the launch of the DH1-billion Manta Bay project, encompassing the world’s highest rooftop beach in Dubai’s Ras Al Khaimah.
Construction work on this esteemed project has already begun and is to be completed by the end of 2026. This is a one-of-a-kind project, 197 feet tall. Visitors will enjoy beach cabanas and sun loungers perched on the real sand, captivating enthusiasts’ attention.
Andrei Charapenak, CEO of Major Developers, said the aim of this development is to set one world record in every project they build in the UAE.
He further stated, He said: “We believe that it is high time to invest in Ras al Khaimah because the emirate will see a massive inflow of tourists, especially after the opening of the Wynn Resort on Marjan Island.”
He added, “Investors who buy apartments now can see their investments rising by up to 70 per cent until the completion of the project.”
Cherapenak also plans to launch another project in Dubai to meet the rising demand for units from investors. He said developers such as Aldar Properties and Emar had started working on numerous projects in Al Marjan Island of Ras Al Khaimah, Dubai, depicting the potential of this community and the interests of investors.
