The main key feature of the Nad Al Sheba 3 is its universities for professional studies. Universities near Nad Al Sheba 3 include Curtin University Dubai and Rochester Institute of Technology. These are located in Dubai Silicon Oasis at a distance of 15 minutes by car. Several universities in Dubai International Academic City (DIAC) are within 10 to 15 minutes by car.
