Live High in the Sky: Burj Azizi, the World’s 2nd Tallest Tower, Now on Sale!

Sales launch of Burj Azizi, the World’s 2nd tallest tower by Aziz development has been announced, this 725-meter high tower will be launched for sale on 19th February 2025 in seven cities of the world, including Dubai (Conrad Hotel), Hong Kong (The Peninsula), London (The Dorchester), Mumbai (JW Marriott Juhu), Singapore (Marina Bay Sands), Sydney (Four Seasons Hotel) and Tokyo (Palace Hotel).

With over 131 stories and 725-meter height, Burj Aziz is considered the second tallest building in the world after the Burj Khalifa. Located on Sheikh Zayed Road, this landmark development features residential, hotel, retail and entertainment spaces. This project is set to be completed by 2028.

The founder and chairman of Aziz Development, said in a statement, “In Dubai and cities around the world, new projects come up every day. However, projects like Burj Azizi happen only once a generation. I feel overjoyed that we celebrate Burj Azizi’s journey from conceptualization to launch.”  He further added, “Burj Azizi is not just a structure; it is a tribute to the emirate’s ever-growing prominence on the global stage.” 

This is a one-of-a-kind development. Upon completion, Burj Azizi will have the highest lobby on level 111, the highest nightclub on the 126th level, the highest restaurant on the 122nd level, and a hotel room on the 118th level. A special museum will also be housed on the top of the building, featuring the building’s development and highlighting key figures through a mix of photos, video and graphics.

Apartments of various sizes such as 1,2 and 3 bedrooms will be available for sale in this magnificent building. An amenity floor will also be developed on every 20 floors of residences, featuring swimming pools, sauna, steam room, gym, yoga center, spa, game room, kids’ play area, restaurant, business room, coffee shop and supermarket.
