
Dubai Properties, a subsidiary of Dubai Holding Real Estate, has signed contracts worth AED 1.1 billion with Metac General Contracting Co. LLC to build 850 townhouses in Villanova, Dubailand, supporting the next phase of the community’s expansion.
The contract includes Phase 1 and Phase 2 of La Tilia, consisting of 500 three-bedroom and 350 four-bedroom homes. 410 units are scheduled for delivery in Phase 1, while 440 units are scheduled for delivery in Phase 2.
Villanova has delivered 3,834 residential units since its inception, solidifying its position as a sought-after suburban community in the mid- to upper mid-market segment. The ongoing expansion highlights strong demand for master-planned communities that blend green spaces, connectivity, and convenient access to key roads and social infrastructure.
