New Master Plan For Expo City Dubai With 75,000 Capacity Approved by Sheikh Mohammed

The Vice President and Prime Minister Of the UAE and the Ruler of Dubai, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum approves the new master plan for Dubai Expo City. This project is the legacy of Dubai Expo that will foster the growth and development of Dubai.

According to the newly approved master of the Expo City, Dubai, around 75000 people will be entertained via this project. Residential and commercial properties will be developed to attract more investors and allow people to start or expand their businesses in this vibrant city. 

Basically, this plan will transform the place that hosted โ€œExpo 2020 Dubaiโ€ and the UN Climate Change Conference (COP28). The development of this project is also part of the Dubai Economic Agenda (D33) which aims to double the size of the emirateโ€™s economy. 

The Expo City Dubai will spread over 3.5 sq. km. The approval of its new master plan will help it become a global hub for investors, businesses and investors. It will be a modern city that will offer sophisticated living and business environments to attract both luxury enthusiasts and businessmen from all over the world.

Sheikh Mohammed Said in a statement,  โ€œThe new master plan establishes Expo City Dubai as a hub for pioneers, entrepreneurs and investors, a magnet for innovators, educators and students, and a vibrant, nurturing community for residents and visitors.โ€ 

Expo City Dubai master plan consists of five districts: Expo Hills- a low-density residential community, Expo Fields- an eco-friendly living destination, Expo Business- a hub for innovative and entrepreneurial businesses, Expo Downtown– a densely urban district and Expo Forest- an area that features educational, and recreational spaces.
