Omniyat, one of Dubai’s renowned property developer, has officially acquired Marasi Bay Island for the development of its prestigious upcoming residential project in the Burj Khalifa District.
According to the details, the acquisition marks a major step in the development of the waterfront ecosystem, which is part of OMNIYAT’s broader vision to transform Marasi Bay into Dubai’s premier waterfront destination, offering luxury residences, commercial spaces, and five-star hospitality along with wellness options.
