OMNIYAT Acquires Marasi Bay Island for Ultra-Luxury Waterfront Residences

Omniyat, one of Dubai’s renowned property developer, has officially acquired Marasi Bay Island for the development of its prestigious upcoming residential project in the Burj Khalifa District.

According to the details, the acquisition marks a major step in the development of the waterfront ecosystem, which is part of OMNIYATโ€™s broader vision to transform Marasi Bay into Dubaiโ€™s premier waterfront destination, offering luxury residences, commercial spaces, and five-star hospitality along with wellness options. The key feature of this acquisition is that the future development over there will offer easy access to major locations of cities including Downtown Dubai, Business Bay, DIFC, D3 Design District, and Dubai International Airport.

In addition to acquiring the island, OMNIYAT revealed its new resort-style amenities along the southern stretch of Marasi Bay, reinforcing its vision to redefine the standards of waterfront living in Dubai.

Connecting urban living to the sea, Marasi Bay Marina, developed and managed by OMNIYAT, offers dedicated berths for superyachts, an exclusive Yacht Club, boat service, jetty lounges serving both boat owners and The Lana Hotel guests, and the Signature Pavillion, a 10,000-square-foot retail and events space set over the water. Along the southern waterfront promenade, a mix of public and residents-only amenities will be introduced including a padel court, children’s play area, running track, and an art trail, designed to offer an elegant lifestyle.
