How To File A Rental Dispute In Dubai?

After filing a dispute, both parties are involved in a negotiation process to settle their disputes mutually. 

If this negotiation process fails and they do not find a resolution, then both parties must present their claims to the court via memorandum to the judge. It is called a hearing of the first instance. The judge then decided based on the evidence presented to him by both parties.

If any of the applicants are not satisfied with this decision, the RDC offers a right to appeal. Either party can file an appeal within 15 days of the judgment.

If the value of a rental dispute surpasses AED 330,000, the case can be escalated to the court of cessation within 30 days of the judgment. The court then decides based on the evidence presented to it. Both parties are bound to adhere to the court’s rulings.
