Aldar Unveils its Residential Community ‘Haven’ in Dubai
The well-known and master developer of Abu Dhabi Aldar group is expanding its developing domain by creating a mixed-use luxury community named ‘Haven’ by Aldar. This development is located opposite the Al Habtoor Polo Resort along the E611 corridor, offering a broad 1 million square meter community.
The sales launch with 462 upscale homes is all set to be available out of the planned 2,428 units at the new community by Aldar named Haven. Buyers can choose from 3-bedroom townhouses starting at Dh2.5 million and 3-bedroom villas starting from Dh3.5 million. Earlier this year, Aldar announced its entry into the Dubai Real Estate market by cooperating with Dubai Holding. This entry in Dubai introduces the launch of three special luxury residential projects.
